Villa Maria is built just 1km away of the city of skiathos and 30 m away from the beach of Megali ammos. We have 5 rooms and 1 apartment and all of them have a personal bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator, A/C ant TV. They also have balconies so you can enjoy your coffee or your drinks.Our rooms are cleaned every day and we provide a friendly environment.

“THEOFILOS” rooms are located in the area Agios Fanourios. It is an area that someone can have panoramic view of the city of Skiathos and the other islands around it. All our rooms have a personal bathroom, WC, kitchen, refrigerator and air condition.

Camelia Studios have: Five studios and one apartment. All of them have personal bathroom, kitchen, A/C, balconies with a beautiful view, garden and parking. Our studios are about 1 km away from the port of skaithos o­n the ring road going to koukounaries beach. We are at the ring road Skiathos – Koukounaries.

Welcome to Villa Maraki Studio-Apartments, in Agia Paraskevi Area, in Skiathos. We offer Studios and Apartments, at a great location, only 150m from the fantastic beach of Agia Paraskevi.
The apartment (sleeps a total of 4 people) is comprised of one bedroom with a separating door and a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a couch that can be come a double bed that sleep s two more guests. In addition the apartment has a private bathroom with a shower, and a safe deposit box; clients can also enjoy a satellite TV as well as individual air-conditioning. The apartments are cleaned daily and linen is changed every 3 days.
All residents have full access to the swimming pool and the snack bar in the pool area.
